Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth and fully combined.
Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto the baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
Flatten each ball with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
Bake for 9–11 minutes, until edges are just set (centers will look soft—this is perfect!).
Cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
