  • Fine Sea Salt 2 tablespoons
  • Smoked Paprika 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Onion Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Dried Parsley 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper finely ground,½ teaspoon
  • Cayenne Pepper optional for heat,¼ teaspoon
  • Sugar optional for browning,½ teaspoon

Instructions

  • Whisk: In a small bowl, combine the salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, pepper, and optional cayenne/sugar.
  • Blend: Whisk thoroughly until the color is uniform and there are no clumps.
