  • Sift the Dry Ingredients: Place a fine-mesh sieve over a medium mixing bowl. Add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Sift them together to remove any clumps, ensuring a smooth mix that dissolves easily.
  • Whisk to Combine: Add the instant dry milk powder and sea salt to the bowl. Whisk thoroughly until the color is uniform and no streaks of white remain.
