No-Bake Easter Nest Cookies
These No-Bake Easter Nest Cookies are a quick, kid-friendly treat made with melted chocolate, crunchy noodles (or pantry swaps), and candy eggs. Perfect for Easter baskets, parties, or a fun hands-on activity with kids—no baking required!

Ingredients

cup
chocolate chips
milk or semi-sweet
1
cup
butterscotch chips
optional but adds great flavor

cups
chow mein noodles or shredded coconut or crushed pretzels
1
cup
mini marshmallows

mini candy eggs
Cadbury mini eggs or jelly beans work great
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips (and butterscotch chips if using) in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
Add in the chow mein noodles (or your chosen base) and gently mix until everything is coated.
Scoop small portions onto the parchment paper.
Use the back of a spoon to press a small “nest” shape into the center.
Place 2–3 candy eggs in the middle of each nest.
Let them set at room temperature or place in the fridge for 10–15 minutes until firm.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Swap chow mein noodles for coconut for a softer texture
Use pretzels for a sweet + salty version
White chocolate works great for a different look
