Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus trimmed
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Optional: squeeze of lemon or parmesan

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F
  • Toss asparagus with oil, salt, pepper
  • Spread on baking sheet
  • Roast 12–15 minutes
  • Add lemon at the end for a fresh pop (highly recommend).
