Roasted Turkey
This Roasted Turkey Breast is simple, flavorful, and surprisingly easy to make. Juicy on the inside with a golden, seasoned outside, it’s the kind of main dish that feels like a full Sunday dinner without all the extra work.

Ingredients

whole turkey breast
4–6 lbs

tbsp
butter
softened
3
cloves
garlic
minced
1
tbsp
fresh or dried rosemary
1
tbsp
thyme
Salt & pepper
1
cup
chicken broth
for the pan
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Pat turkey dry and place in a roasting pan
Mix butter, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper
Rub mixture all over (and under the skin if possible)
Pour chicken broth into the bottom of the pan
Roast uncovered for about 20 minutes per pound
(Usually 1.5–2 hours total)
Baste halfway through
Cook until internal temp reaches 165°F
Let rest 10–15 minutes before slicing

Pro tip: If the top starts browning too fast, loosely cover with foil.
