Instructions
Add pineapple juice, coconut milk (or coconut cream), vanilla, and sweetener (if using) to a shaker or large jar.
Add ice, cover, and shake well until fully combined and chilled.
Strain into glasses filled with fresh ice.
Garnish if desired and serve immediately.

Big-Batch Party Version (Serves ~12):
* 4½ cups pineapple juice
* 3 cups coconut milk (or 2¼ cups coconut cream)
* 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
* Sweetener to taste
