- 2 cups chow mein noodles or shredded coconut or crushed pretzels
- 1 cup mini marshmallows optional
- 36 mini candy eggs Cadbury mini eggs or jelly beans work great
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips (and butterscotch chips if using) in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Add in the chow mein noodles (or your chosen base) and gently mix until everything is coated.
- Scoop small portions onto the parchment paper.
- Use the back of a spoon to press a small “nest” shape into the center.
- Place 2–3 candy eggs in the middle of each nest.
- Let them set at room temperature or place in the fridge for 10–15 minutes until firm.
- Serve and enjoy!
